Ryan Johnson is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in managing property portfolios and facilitating real estate transactions. Currently serving as Director of Properties at Wireless Vision since October 2016, Ryan oversees a portfolio of over 650 T-Mobile stores across 26 states while mentoring real estate specialists in best practices. Previously, Ryan worked at Kroger as a Real Estate Specialist, contributing to strategic planning for new store openings and lease negotiations. As a Real Estate Manager for Pet Supplies "Plus," Ryan successfully approved over 60 new store locations and managed various deals. Ryan began a career in real estate with an internship at Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors after earning a B.S. in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, with a focus on Real Estate Development and a minor in Economics.
