Malek Affes

Malek Affes possesses extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as a Service Reliability Engineer and Support Lead for Car OEM at WirelessCar since June 2019. Prior to this role, Malek held various positions at Jeppesen, a Boeing Company, as a Technical Specialist and Service Manager from November 2017 to May 2019. Malek's career also includes significant contributions at Ericsson IT Solutions & Services SpA, where roles included Technical Coordinator, Lead Integration Engineer, BSS Integration Engineer, Customer Support Engineer, and Solutions Architect from December 2012 to October 2017. Earlier experience at Ericsson involved Mediation Integration Engineer and OSS Integration Engineer roles from December 2011 to May 2014. Malek began a professional path with a graduation project as an R&D Engineer at Universite du Quebec en Outaouais in 2011, and initial internships included positions at Orange Tunisie and Ooredoo Tunisie in 2010 and 2009, respectively.
