Previously, Randy Short held HR Manager positions at Walker Diecasting for one year and at Fabercastell for twelve years. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business/Industrial Psychology from Marshall County High School and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.
