Rowan V.

Rowan V. has a diverse work experience in the IT and security industry. They started their career in 2018 as a Support Specialist at 2source4, where they provided technical support. In the same year, they joined Secura as an IT Administrator and worked there until 2019.

In 2020, Rowan V. joined Cybersprint as a Technical Support Engineer and an OSINT Analyst, a role in which they conducted open-source intelligence analysis. They remained with Cybersprint until June 2021.

In 2022, Rowan V. joined Wirepas as an IT Engineer and security consultant, where they focused on IT systems and security.

Starting in May 2023, Rowan V. will be working as a Research Assistant at Tampere University, further expanding their expertise in the field.

Rowan V. began their education history in 2018 at ROC van Amsterdam, where they completed a secondary vocational education in Network and System Administration/Administrator. They attended this institution until 2019. In 2021, Rowan V. obtained the eJPT v1.0 (eLearnSecurity Junior Penetration Tester) certification from eLearnSecurity. In the same year, they enrolled at Tampere University and pursued a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Sustainable Urban Development, which they are expected to complete in 2025. In 2024, Rowan V. also attended the University of Helsinki, focusing on Geoinformatics, although no degree is specified. In 2020, they obtained the Certificate in Advanced English (Pass at Grade: C2) from Cambridge Assessment English, and in 2019, they obtained the CEH (Certified Esthetisch Harker) certification from Stichting Hack42.
