Greg Roesch is the Director of Customer Success at WireScreen, responsible for managing post-sales customer functions for a diverse global customer base. Prior to that, Greg held similar roles at Chainalysis Inc. and Qualtrics, where Greg focused on renewals, growth strategies, and customer relationship management in various sectors including federal agencies. Greg also has experience in software project management at Accenture Federal Services and Govolution. Greg started their career as an intern in HR and special events planning at Royal Caribbean International and SoHo Experiential. Greg is a graduate of the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science in Communication, Media Management, Economics, and Business Administration.
