Tracey Knowles

Tracey Knowles, Chartered FCIPD, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tracey is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Wirex, a licensed FinTech company based in the UK. In this role, Tracey oversees the company's people strategy and is responsible for managing human resources and talent.

Prior to joining Wirex, Tracey worked as a Human Resources Director at sales-i, a SaaS-based tech company. Tracey played a crucial role in establishing and leading the HR and Talent function for the UK and US office. Here, they worked closely with senior leaders to develop the talent management strategy and ensured the delivery of recruitment and selection processes.

Tracey also gained valuable experience as the Head of Human Resources at Team ITG, a technology-centric company. In this role, they provided leadership and direction across all operational HR and Recruitment functions and implemented people strategies to support the company's growth.

Before joining Team ITG, Tracey worked as a Senior National Recruitment Officer at RSM Tenon (now RSM UK), a professional services firm. Their responsibilities included leading recruitment activities on a national basis.

Tracey's earlier career includes roles such as Client Delivery Manager at Blue Octopus Recruitment LLP and Client Relations Manager at networx. Tracey also worked at MMG, specializing in commercial relocation and move management services.

Throughout their career, Tracey has gained expertise in various areas such as talent management, recruitment, HR strategy, and stakeholder management. Their experience spans across different industries, including technology, professional services, and recruitment consultancy.

Tracey Knowles, Chartered FCIPD, has a comprehensive education history in the field of Human Resources Management and Services. Tracey obtained their Masters in Human Resource Management from the University of Wolverhampton in 2016, preceded by a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD Qualifications in 2015. Tracey also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Wolverhampton, completed between 2007 and 2009. In 2018, they furthered their expertise in Employment Law by completing an Advanced Award in Employment Law (Level 7) from CIPD Qualifications. In addition to their academic qualifications, Tracey has obtained various certifications in areas such as coaching, leadership, strategic impact, and diversity and inclusion from LinkedIn. Tracey is currently pursuing a Chartered Fellow qualification from CIPD Qualifications, expected to be completed in 2022.
