Desislava Stefanova

Desislava Stefanova currently serves as an Inside Sales professional at WIRIS since April 2022. Previously, Desislava worked at ServiceSource as a Customer Success Manager from September 2019 to June 2021, where responsibilities included managing customer contracts and onboarding clients for the Cisco WebEx project. Prior experience also includes a role as a Spanish Teacher at 21 High School Hristo Botev in Sofia, fostering students' communication skills and developing engaging lesson plans. Desislava's career began at TELUS International as a Riot Games Player Support Specialist from April 2015 to March 2018, focused on providing top-tier player support. Desislava holds a Master's degree in Semiotics, Language and Advertising and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Philology, both from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
