Wisdom HR Group was founded on the principles of enabling leaders and organizations to realize their full potential. We have a passion for working with organizations at every stage in their lifecycle, including early stage, cutting edge technology companies that strive to make the world a better place.

Whether it's individual, team, or organizational focus, we ensure next generation talent is prepared and equipped to take on the toughest business challenges.

Started by three executives with over 75 combined years of HR experience, we meet our clients where they are in their journey and invest time getting to know them, understanding their challenges, and customizing programs and solutions aligned with their business strategy. With our experience spanning the entire organizational life cycle, from early stage VC/PE backed start-ups through 100+ year old Fortune 500 companies, there is no scenario we cannot help an organization navigate.

We are not your typical HR team; we are Wisdom HR Group.
