Utsav Jain is a Global Talent Acquisition and Senior Talent Engagement Consultant at WisdomCircle, where they lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies and improve hiring efficiency. Previously, Utsav served as Principal at questW, successfully integrating over 100 women leaders under the 1000 Women Initiative while delivering strategic insights on diversity and leadership hiring across multiple sectors. Utsav's earlier experience includes significant roles at Egon Zehnder, where they supported high-level executive search projects and mentored research teams. Utsav holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management and has studied Business German at Goethe University.
