Joanne Antico

Joanne Antico serves as General Counsel at WisdomTree Asset Management since March 2016, having previously held the positions of Assistant General Counsel and Senior Investment Management Counsel within the same organization. Prior to WisdomTree, Joanne worked at Morgan Stanley Investment Management as an Executive Director, specializing as a 1940 Act Registered Fund Attorney from March 2005 to March 2016. Earlier in her career, Joanne was an Associate at Sidley Austin LLP, focusing on 1940 Act and Corporate Securities law from October 2000 to March 2005. Joanne Antico holds a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law, achieved in 2000, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from New York University, completed in 1997.
