Vineeth Amaram

Vineeth Amaram has a diverse range of work experience. Vineeth started their career in 2008 as a Resource Manager at EZ2 Technologies, where they were responsible for recruiting and managing personnel for various IT projects. In 2010, Vineeth joined the US Army and served as a Systems and Database Administrator, overseeing enterprise databases and mentoring a team of DBAs and System Administrators. Vineeth also worked as a CH 47 Helicopter Mechanic during this time, performing maintenance and repairs on aircraft subsystems.

In 2012, Vineeth took on additional duties as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Maryland University College, teaching math to soldiers and military contractors.

Moving into the technology industry, Vineeth worked as a ULLS-A(E) Contractor Field Technician at QinetiQ North America in 2014, providing systems maintenance and training on ULLS-A(E) procedures. Vineeth then joined Vencore Inc. as a Contract Field Technician, where they provided support and user maintenance for the ULLS-A(E) Standard Army Maintenance Information System.

Most recently, Vineeth has been serving as the President of Wise Equation Solutions Inc. since 2014. In this role, they are responsible for strategic management, team operations management, client relationship development, and client delivery operations. Vineeth also oversees IT training and development operations and nationwide recruitment of candidates in technology expertise.

Vineeth Amaram has a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering - Management from the University of Central Missouri, which they obtained from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Mechanical Engineering from the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Vineeth also attended DAV Public School from 1989 to 2000, where they received their High School diploma.

In addition to their formal education, Vineeth has obtained several certifications. Vineeth completed a course on Negotiation Strategies at the Yale School of Management in November 2020 and a program on High Impact Leadership at the University of Cambridge in July 2020. Vineeth also acquired certifications in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in June 2018 and Critical Thinking from LinkedIn in May 2017. Furthermore, Vineeth holds certifications as a SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR and SALESFORCE PLATFORM DEVELOPER 1 from Salesforce, although the specific dates of achievement are not provided.
