Wise Mind Nutrition is a transformative education program delivered through an app. The treatment program is personalized based on one's mental health symptoms. Coaches and providers can connect with their clients and patients through the platform to provide ongoing support. 

We use evidence-based nutrition interventions for depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, addictions, and various forms of disordered eating. We personalize the process and track changes in mental health symptoms at the end. The program is flexible for individuals without any formal diagnoses looking to strengthen communication between their gut and brain. We focus on using food for mood and brain health, recruiting the entire dimension of physical wellness to help you feel your best! 

The program is based on a Biopsychosocial Model, which means we use: 

1. Nutrition as a gut-brain biological intervention. 
2. Language and philosophy as a psychological intervention. 
3. Integration into one's social context. 

This program represents a paradigm shift toward the emerging fields of Nutritional Psychology and Nutritional Psychiatry. There is a revolution occurring in the domain of Nutrition for Mental Health, and we have made it accessible to all.
