Wendy Shepherd is an experienced operational leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at Wise Origin since 2025. Previously, Wendy held the position of Operations Director at Key Training Limited from 2018 to 2022, where they developed strategies for program delivery and improved quality standards. They also served as the Director of Employability and Skills at Learning Curve Group from 2013 to 2016 and have held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Managing Director and Head of Operations. Wendy began their academic journey at St Johns RC Comprehensive and earned a Distinction in Hospitality Management from Darlington College.
