Nicholas Sciubba is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and sustainability across various industries. As the Founder of Wise River since December 2020, Nicholas has developed an outdoor lifestyle brand focusing on eco-friendly materials. Currently serving as a Sustainability Analyst at Rivian and previously as Manager of Payment Operations & Strategy at Guild Education, Nicholas played a pivotal role in scaling student payments from under $1M to over $500M. Earlier experience includes positions at Gap Inc./Banana Republic, where strategic leadership improved logistics efficiency, and Ralph Lauren, managing menswear product operations. Nicholas began a career in law as a Legal Assistant at Marchese & Maynard, LLP, showcasing a strong foundation in client relations and document management. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Bucknell University.
