Abid Mumtaz

Abid Mumtaz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial services and product management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Wise Platform at Wise since February 2019, Abid focuses on shaping sales and product strategies for API-driven solutions. Prior to this role, Abid was the Head of Product at Issufy, where responsibilities included enhancing the Primary Capital Markets distribution process through technology from January 2017 to December 2018. Abid also has a solid background in credit trading, having worked at HSBC and Credit Suisse between 2011 and 2016. Abid holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from the University of Bristol, completed in 2011, and completed secondary education at Highgate School.
