Ágnes Bonácz, PhD, is an accomplished instructional designer and organizational development expert with extensive experience in enhancing learning outcomes through innovative approaches such as AI and gamification. Currently serving as the Instructional Designer Lead at Wise since July 2022, Ágnes drives project success by developing processes and managing stakeholders. Previous roles include senior advisory positions in People and Organizational Development, project management of global L&D processes, and training in customer service at MSX International. Ágnes has also worked as a skills trainer and lecturer, fostering academic excellence and personal development in diverse educational settings. Ágnes holds a PhD in Early Modern English Literature and is pursuing an Executive MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology.
