Andres Mäe

Andres Mäe has extensive experience in business development and customer success, currently serving as the Team Lead at Wise since July 2014, where responsibility includes leading sales and customer success teams to onboard and service large businesses, as well as focusing on lead generation and revenue growth. Prior to this role, Andres gained valuable experience in account management and relationship management within a small business sales team, and previously led a customer support team, significantly scaling it from 1 to over 50 agents. Andres began a professional journey at Arvato as both a Help Desk Specialist and Customer Support Specialist. Educational credentials include a degree in International Business and Administration from Tallinn College of Tallinn University of Technology.
