Andrus Aidla

Andrus Aidla is an experienced professional in law enforcement liaison and compliance, currently serving as the AML Law Enforcement Liaison Team Lead at Wise Ltd. since July 2019. Prior to this role, Andrus founded LENS-Solutions Ltd., providing expertise in corporate investigations and regulatory compliance from January 2017 to June 2019, and held leadership positions at VEON as Director of LEA Operations and Microsoft as Compliance Team Manager for Global Criminal Compliance. Andrus also managed law enforcement relationships at Skype, where roles included Head of Law Enforcement Relationship Management and Lead Investigator/Analyst. With a background in criminal investigations as a Detective Superintendent and other positions at various police agencies, Andrus possesses extensive knowledge in cybercrime, legal governance, risk management, and data privacy compliance. Educational achievements include studies at the University of Tartu and the Police Academy.
