Aundrea Smallwood is an Employee Relations, Compliance, and Strategy Leader with extensive experience in the North and Latin American markets. Presently serving as the Employee Relations Regional Lead for Wise, Aundrea has previously held roles such as Interim Employee Relations Director at Instacart and Vice President of Employee Relations at J.P. Morgan. With over 10 years of experience in Employment Law, Aundrea has developed expertise in various areas including ER strategy, crisis management, and organizational development. Aundrea holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders Sciences and Services and two Master's degrees in Special Education from the University of North Carolina.
