Bárbara Aguiar is a legal leader with ten years of experience across various segments in Latin America, primarily focusing on corporate transactions and financial regulation. Currently, Bárbara serves as Legal Counsel for Latam at Wise and has previously held roles including Legal Lead and Head of Legal at ADDI and Celcoin, respectively. With extensive experience in managing M&A transactions, regulatory compliance, and partnerships in the tech and startup landscape, Bárbara has built significant expertise in the fintech sector. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA at IESE Business School, Bárbara is fluent in English and intermediate in Spanish.
