Brett Lemsalu

Brett Lemsalu is an experienced professional in Employee Relations and People Operations, currently serving as the ER Lead at Wise since September 2018, where responsibilities include mentoring People Advisors, analyzing ER trends, and managing policy changes. Prior roles at Wise encompass positions as People Operations Senior Advisor, Lead, and Advisor, with a focus on supporting employees through complex ER matters and implementing effective HR processes. Earlier career experiences include HR and software consulting at HR factory and a training coordinator position at EBS Executive Training Centre. Brett holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Behavior Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Andragogy from Tallinn University.
