Cecilia Schmitz is a Global Products Operations Team Lead at Wise, managing asset operations across Europe, the UK, Asia, and the US since February 2020. With a strong background in operational process design and improvement, Cecilia has held various roles at Wise, including Senior Global Product Operations Specialist, Continuous Improvement Specialist, Product Specialist, and Customer Service Specialist, where significant contributions were made to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Prior to Wise, Cecilia served as Community Manager at GrowthHackers and former Contentools, overseeing large teams and creating engaging content.
