Previously, Charlene served as Director of Financial Crime Prevention Audit at UBS and Vice President at Deutsche Bank, focusing on anti-financial crime initiatives. With a robust background in wealth management auditing and financial crime prevention, Charlene has led audit teams across multiple regions and actively supports the UBS-SUPER Academy Program as a mentor for graduates. Charlene is a certified Scrum Master and Agile practitioner, committed to fostering collaboration and innovation in auditing practices.
