Cheng Hung Sim

Cheng Hung Sim is a Product Specialist at Wise since December 2021, where responsibilities include conducting end-to-end testing for the New Payments Platform and developing forecasts for international funds transfer payments. Previously, Cheng worked as a Payment Operations Senior Specialist and Specialist, focusing on monitoring payment flows and enhancing banking partner relationships. Experience includes a role at DBS Bank, supporting the development of the eGIRO product and creating training materials. As a co-founder of Guidesify, Cheng developed a digital platform for aspiring writers and managed web traffic analysis. Cheng's early career involved internships at DBS Bank and Vault Dragon Medical, contributing to project improvements and customer support. Cheng holds a B.Soc.Sci. (Hons.) in Economics from the National University of Singapore and participated in a summer exchange program at National Chiao Tung University.
