Chidera Dimude is a talent management professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Management at Wise since July 2023, Chidera previously held the position of Senior Manager, Head of Talent Strategy at Wayfair, where responsibilities included collaborating with business leaders to establish long-term talent strategies across multiple regions. Chidera's significant tenure at The HEINEKEN Company spanned from February 2015 to March 2022, encompassing roles such as Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding and Head HRBP Sales, focusing on workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement strategies. Earlier experience includes HR Strategy Officer at the Department for Education and roles at British Council and KPMG China. Chidera holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Strathclyde and a BA (Hons) in Business and Economics from The University of Manchester.
