Chris Doherty

Chris Doherty is the Global Head of Payroll at Wise since 2025. They previously held various positions at HSBC from 2020 to 2024, including Regional Head of Payroll Governance for EMEA and the Americas, and served as Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank from 2012 to 2014. Before that, Chris was a Senior Payroll Specialist at ACS, a Xerox Company, where they successfully transitioned the UBS payroll processes from London to Barcelona. They began their career at Aon Hewitt as a Payroll Administrator and later led a team as Payroll Team Leader at Affiliated Computer Services.
