Deepali Talim

Deepali Talim is an experienced professional in global reward management, currently serving as the Global Head of Reward at Wise since November 2024. Prior to this role, Deepali held key positions at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty as the Director of Global Reward & People Services and as Global Reward Director, overseeing various aspects of people operations, compensation strategies, and benefit programs across multiple regions. Deepali's experience also includes serving as the Head of Reward and Performance (Interim) at Deliveroo and the Head of Global Reward Policy at the Asian Development Bank. With a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Symbiosis International University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Fergusson College, Deepali brings a strong educational background to the field of human resources.
