Delia Gibson

Delia Gibson is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Director of People Programmes, Analytics & Experience at Wise since March 2023. With a robust background in performance and project management, Delia has held key positions such as Head of Performance and Planning, Head of PMO, and Deputy Head of PMO at the Cabinet Office from February 2018 to March 2023. Previously, Delia was the Head of Operational Effectiveness at The Challenge and worked in various project management roles at Capco, 7city Learning, and CIPR. Delia began a career in client services at SMP Partners Ltd. Delia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from The University of Sheffield, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
