Esther Mak

Esther Mak currently serves as a Due Diligence Senior Agent at Wise since July 2023, focusing on enhancing KYC processes and case handling guides in collaboration with Product Specialists. Previously, Esther held roles such as Press and Cultural Officer at the German Consulate General in Hong Kong, where a significant increase in social media engagement was achieved, and Project Executive at Wofoo Leaders Network, organizing student and social service activities. Other experiences include Programme Executive at The Hong Kong Council of Social Service, Executive Assistant at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, and an internship at Kadoorie Farm & Botanic Garden.
