Felipe Espósito

Felipe Espósito is a certified Ombudsman (Ouvidor) with a focus on Continuous Improvement and extensive experience in customer service and quality analysis. They served as a Quality Analyst and Account Executive at Allianz Worldwide Partners from 2011 to 2014, and later worked as a Continuous Improvement Analyst at Neon from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Felipe is the Global Ombudsman Officer at Wise, where they collaborate with international teams, conduct root cause analyses, and offer proactive suggestions to enhance processes and customer experiences. Felipe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Faculdade Anchieta and an Upper Advanced English certification from EDENZ Colleges.
