Flora Qi is a professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as a Learning and Development Senior Specialist at Wise since February 2020. Flora has successfully led and collaborated on various projects aimed at enhancing employee learning opportunities, including serving as Project Lead for the Learning Festival. Previous roles include Learning and Development Specialist and Customer Service Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed customer support for German-speaking clients and project management to improve efficiency. Flora's coaching expertise was developed during time as a Coach at Teach For Austria, complementing the experience as a Fellow aiming to address educational inequality. Flora holds a Master's degree in Development Economics and International Development from the University of Vienna, alongside additional advanced degrees in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching and a Bachelor's in Chinese Language and Literature from Beijing Language and Culture University. Education also includes high school graduation from the German Embassy School in Beijing.
