Gerardo Gonzalez

Gerardo Gonzalez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and hotel management. Currently serving as the AML Reporting Lead at Wise since February 2020, Gerardo has held various leadership roles in customer service across Europe and the UK. Prior to Wise, Gerardo worked at Laupteen LTD as a multilingual Customer Service Associate and held managerial positions at Choice Hotels International as General Manager, Hotel Novit as Shift Team Lead, and IHG Hotels & Resorts as Loyalty Marketing Coordinator for Mexico, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Gerardo began the career as Front Office Manager and Revenue Manager at Holiday Inn Express. Gerardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Tourism Management from the Technological Institute of San Luis Potosi.
