Iban Benzal

Iban Benzal is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in service and UX design across various sectors, including health, charity, and public services. Currently serving as Group Design Lead at Wise since November 2020, Iban previously held roles as Design Manager at Babylon Health and Venture Partner at Bethnal Green Ventures. Key achievements include leading service mapping workstreams, facilitating workshops for key stakeholders, and launching innovative services that garnered significant user engagement. Iban's academic background includes a Master's Degree in Service Design from the Royal College of Art and a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Additionally, Iban has contributed to academia as a Service Design Lecturer and has led impactful projects in organizations like the DesignSingapore Council and Microsoft.
