Ilesha Karia

Ilesha Karia is currently the UK Regulatory CMT Lead at Wise, where they focus on compliance within the organization. Previously, Ilesha worked as an Assistant Manager and later as an ESG Manager at KPMG UK, leading various assurance engagements and managing stakeholder relationships. Ilesha began their career as a Consultant at Rosediem Consulting and holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Queen Mary University of London.
