Isabel Naidoo serves as the Chief People Officer at Wise since July 2022, bringing extensive experience in human capital and talent management from prior roles at FIS, Capco, and Accenture. At FIS, Isabel Naidoo built global centres of excellence, transforming people strategy, global learning, and employee experience, earning recognition with the Learning Elite Gold award. As Global Human Capital Lead at Capco, Isabel Naidoo directed human resources and ran a transformation program. Isabel Naidoo's tenure at Accenture included developing the UK/Ireland human capital strategy and leading diversity initiatives that improved gender representation in leadership. Isabel Naidoo's educational background includes a BSc in Social Policy & Planning from the University of Bristol and an Executive Program from Singularity University.
