Joe Phillips currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Development and Learning and Development at Wise, beginning in August 2023. Previously, Joe was the Training Manager for North America and LATAM at TikTok from February 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing SMB training programs, managing a team and budget, and collaborating with global stakeholders to optimize talent through training initiatives. Joe's experience includes leadership roles in L&D at companies such as Away, Indeed.com, and BrightEdge, as well as foundational training positions at Cisco Meraki, Revel Systems, Apple, and Starbucks. Joe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from San José State University and an Associate of Science in International Business from Gavilan College.
