Joe Phillips currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Development at Wise, having assumed the position in August 2023. Previously, Joe held the role of Training Manager for North America and LATAM at TikTok, where success included the management of training programs with a substantial budget and a notable leadership award. Joe also led learning and development initiatives at Away, Indeed.com, and other prominent companies, focusing on the development of training programs and the facilitation of onboarding processes across various teams. Joe possesses a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from San José State University and an Associate of Science in International Business from Gavilan College.
