Kadri Karja

Kadri Karja has extensive experience in treasury operations, currently serving as the Treasury Operations Global Lead and previously as the Treasury Operations APAC Lead at Wise since September 2015. In these roles, Kadri has focused on global liquidity management, ensuring optimal fund allocation and efficiency across TransferWise's operations in the APAC region. Prior positions at Wise include Treasury Senior Specialist and Treasury Specialist, where responsibilities included managing liquidity for supported currencies and improving service through banking partnerships. Earlier experience includes an internship at Swedbank as a Leasing Intern and a role as an E-Invoice Project Trainee. Kadri holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Public Sector Economics from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, along with an exchange studies experience at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
