Kaspar Taumann

Kaspar Taumann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of compliance and defense studies. Currently serving as Co-Founder at FinKratt since April 2023, Taumann has also held significant positions at Wise since October 2017, including Head of a KYC function and EDD Team Lead, where responsibilities included guiding a team of EDD agents and ensuring the achievement of KPIs. Prior to this, Taumann worked as an EDD specialist, focusing on high-risk payments and customer verification processes. Between March 2015 and September 2017, Taumann served as a Counsellor for National Defense Studies at Kaitseressursside Amet, organizing programs for high school students, and worked as a Recruitment Specialist for the Estonian Defence Force, managing the recruitment process for soldiers. Taumann holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Tallinn University.
