Katriin Mats

Katriin Mats is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment, team leadership, and product operations, primarily at Wise since August 2015. Katriin currently serves as a Senior Recruiter, managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Wise's servicing teams globally while implementing recruitment strategies and supporting hiring managers. Previously, Katriin held roles such as KYC Team Lead, responsible for a 10-member team across three regions, and Product Specialist, contributing to the launch of Wise's products in Asia. Katriin's educational background includes a Master’s in Internal Security, an Applied Higher Education degree in Marketing, and a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism and Hotel Management.
