Lev Semin is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in software and team leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as an Engineering Lead at Wise since March 2021, Lev previously held significant positions at Paxful, where responsibilities included leading the Backend Core Team and focusing on platform scalability. Additional roles include Head of CRM Development Team at divan.ru, Technical Team Lead at KupiVIP.ru, and Chief Technology Officer at BeOnTop, where Lev managed extensive web projects and development teams. Lev also contributed to academia as a lecturer at Vladimir State University while completing postgraduate studies in Information Technology.
