Lionel Hadida, PMQ MBA, is currently the Group & UK Head of FinCrime Compliance Monitoring & Testing at Wise, where they lead compliance initiatives in the regulatory and financial crime sectors. With over a decade of experience in financial services across the US, UK, and Europe, Lionel previously held senior roles at EY, UBS, and Barclays, specializing in compliance and internal audit functions. They earned an MBA from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Science in Business Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management. Lionel is passionate about emerging technologies in fintech, particularly in AI, Blockchain, and the Cloud.
