Marcela Mury is a founding member of the Society for People Analytics and co-founder of People Analytics Tropical, dedicated to advancing people analytics and enhancing work environments through data-driven approaches. Currently, Marcela is also leading data and AI literacy initiatives at Vale, focusing on empowering Human Resources professionals and promoting a culture of human-centric decision-making. Having held various roles in consulting, project management, and event production, Marcela has cultivated a strong background in combining technical and human-centered practices. Marcela is pursuing an MBA in Project Management at USP/Esalq, continually developing skills to contribute to knowledge and culture democratization.
