A prior position at Uber involved managing Customer Lifecycle strategy for the EMEA region as a CRM Lifecycle Manager. Nick's earlier career included significant roles at KatalystM Pte. Ltd., Credit Suisse, and as an entrepreneur in fashion retail. With a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of London, Nick possesses strong expertise in marketing automation and customer engagement.
