Partha S. has extensive experience in compliance, regulatory frameworks, and risk management across various sectors, particularly in financial services and payments. Currently serving as the Regional Compliance Lead for Asia at Wise since December 2021, Partha is also an Executive Director and Board Member for Wise India entities. In the role of Co-Chair for the International Remittance & Trade Committee at the Payments Council of India, industry representation is also a key focus. Previous positions include Regulatory Lead at PhonePe, where operational regulatory functions were established, and Senior Officer for Compliance & Risk at Freecharge, where a comprehensive Regulatory Compliance program was implemented. Additional roles span risk management and business assurance in companies like Dr Lal PathLabs, Oxigen Services, Max Life Insurance, and international experience with Barclaycard and American Express. Partha's academic background includes a B.A. in Economics from Delhi University and an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Apeejay School of Management.
