Rob Konowalchuk is an experienced professional in risk management and compliance, currently serving as the Group Head of Operational Risk at Wise since January 2024. Prior to this role, Rob held the position of Head of Risk and Compliance at Paddle from March 2022 to January 2024 and was the Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Revolut from January 2020 to March 2022. Rob also served as a Partner at Avantage Reply between September 2016 and October 2019 and was a Director at PwC from January 2000 to June 2016. Rob obtained an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration in Business and Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University, completing the degree between 1995 and 1999.
