Sander Soone

Sander Soone is a Service Management Engineer at Wise, where responsibilities include enhancing identity and access management (IAM) processes through automation and integration of SaaS and internal applications. Prior to this role, Sander held positions as an IT Identity & Access Management Specialist and IT Support Specialist, focusing on user access management and technical support across the APAC region. Sander's earlier experience includes work as a Design Engineer at HeatConsult OÜ, designing heating and gas systems for major industrial projects, and as an IT Support Specialist at Põldma Kaubanduse AS, maintaining IT infrastructure for retail stores in the Baltic states. Additionally, Sander has experience as a Criminal Records Specialist at the Centre of Registers and Information Systems, handling data verification and background checks. Sander holds a Bachelor’s and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Thermal Power Engineering from Tallinn University of Technology.
