Steve Pole

Steve Pole is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in technology leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Lead at TransferWise since April 2015, Steve previously held the position of CTO at Alchemy Social from November 2007 to March 2015, where responsibilities included creating the original platform and managing product design and development while engaging in technical sales. Additionally, Steve has experience as Head of Products at Listen Marketing, Managing Director at Western Consulting, and Senior Consultant at Middlesex University. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Oxford, earned between 2000 and 2003.
