Terri Duhon

Terri Duhon is an experienced leader in risk management and governance, currently serving as a Non-Executive Director and Risk Chair for Morgan Stanley International and Rathbone Brothers Plc. Duhon chairs the Risk Committee at Morgan Stanley and is actively involved in various committees, including Audit and Remuneration. In addition to responsibilities at Morgan Stanley, Duhon is a Board Member at Wise and an Ambassador for Women on Boards. Duhon has also contributed to education as an Associate Fellow at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where a financial markets trading course is designed and lectured. Previous experience includes strategic roles at MIT and governance at the American Overseas School of Rome. Duhon’s educational background includes a Mathematics degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and advanced training from the Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts.
