Tom Hamilton is a dedicated teaching assistant at Queen's University, providing support in engineering design and development as well as operating systems, assisting over 400 students with complex technical concepts. Tom is also a member of the Queen's Vertical Farming Team and serves as intramural official for Queen's Athletics & Recreation. Previous experience includes software development engineering at Emtech Group, where Tom built automated web functions and developed a Flutter application for website testing. Additionally, Tom has a background in algorithm design from QUANTT and led mobile development initiatives within the Engineering Society at Queen's University. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering, Tom's skill set encompasses Python, Flutter, and agile software development practices.
