Urtzi Urdapilleta

Urtzi Urdapilleta is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development and architecture, currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Wise since November 2020. Prior to this role, Urtzi held engineering management positions at Skyscanner from September 2016 to November 2020, leading a squad in the data platform tribe and managing a team of up to seven direct reports. Urtzi's technical expertise includes significant contributions as a Senior Software Developer at companies such as Axonix and Telefónica Digital, as well as a foundation in software architecture at Telefónica I+D. Urtzi holds a Master's degree in Computing from Universidad de Valladolid.
